When you click the button below, you’ll be taken to our online portal. Please be sure to fill in all the requested information, and note that the prescription refill must be approved by a doctor.
Please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) for refill requests to be completed. We will notify you by phone or email when your refill is ready.
